Child Therapy
Child therapy offers a warm, supportive environment for children ages 6 and older to express themselves, build emotional regulation skills, and work through challenges in ways that feel natural and engaging. Using age-appropriate approaches—such as play, art, and conversation—therapy helps children navigate worries, behavioral concerns, family changes, school stress, or big feelings they may not yet have the words to describe. Sessions focus on strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and fostering healthy emotional development that extend to supporting parents and more positive relationships and interactions overall. With these changes, children feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to thrive in their daily lives.
